Schoology and Canvas SSO now on mobile apps
Students can now use Schoology and Canvas to sign in to IXL’s mobile apps as easily as they can from a computer! Learners first sign in to their Schoology or Canvas account from a web browser on a mobile device. Within Schoology or Canvas, they’ll then tap on IXL to open our mobile app and the student will automatically be signed in to their account!
Spanish support now on IXL’s iPad and iPhone apps
IXL’s iPad and iPhone apps now offer Spanish-language text and audio support! Learners with Spanish-language support enabled by their teacher or parent can now access Spanish translations on select math skills in grades 2-6. In those skills, students can tap to toggle between English and Spanish for questions, explanations, and Learn with an example.
New ribbon icon highlights proficient skills
Students now see a new ribbon next to skills they have reached proficiency in (a SmartScore of 80+), highlighting even more of their achievements!
Filter Suggested Skills list by mastery and proficiency
Students can now filter their Suggested Skills list based on mastery and proficiency. This new feature helps students focus on the skills they still need to work on, encourages them to think about their practice goals, and continues to celebrate their hard work and achievements!
