Udacity logo

Udacity began as an experiment in online learning, when Stanford instructors Sebastian Thrun and Peter Norvig elected to offer their “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence” course online to anyone, for free. Over 160,000 students in more than 190 countries enrolled. The potential to educate at a global scale was awe-inspiring, and Udacity was founded to pursue a mission to democratize education. It would take several years of intensive iteration and experimentation to clarify our focus on career advancement through mastery of in-demand skills, but today, Udacity proudly offers aspiring learners across the globe the opportunity to participate in—and contribute to—some of the most exciting and innovative fields in the world.

Definitely learned a lot

Definitely learned a lot! I felt like I wasn’t absorbing the information during the actual lessons, and I wished there was a little more hands-on work. But I didn’t anticipate the project being so in-depth, and I’m really glad it was. I was then able to go back to the lessons I was confused about and use the information when making the blog page. The project reviewers were also great- made me push myself even further.

Satisfied after my first two weeks

I am quite satisfied with the Nanodegree so far. It is challenging, you have to invest time as there is a lot of practice in every chapter. Definitely not the course that you can pass by simply watching videos. The pace for me is good, although I have notice differences between modules. I was completely new to Phyton and Data Science/AI and after two weeks I am proud to say I am able to write simple code.

The project was great. The course was easy to understand. If I get stuck, I watch or read the section that I didn’t get again and everything becomes clear after that. The project was so useful. Practicing what I have learnt made much better and more confident.

This course is definitely worth the money for beginners! I’m learning very quickly thanks to the practice spaces and the clear and helpful videos by the instructors. The reference pages and all the links provided by this course are really making a huge impact on my learning and practice on my own.
